Goals do use them?
Do you use them for you students?
On my quest for Mastery I use goals.
Over the last few months I have been casting working on getting ready for my THCI test and trying to get over a impingement in my right shoulder.
So I went back to setting Goals.
Number one
Pass the THCI test
Number Two (these are the fun ones)
Get my off hand up (left) under control.
Number Three
No more shock dimples and secondary loops
Number Four
Cut down my casting noise
Number Five
Cast with just enough power to get the job done
Number Six
Slowing down the my casting speed so the student may observe the cast better.
:hihi:
What are your goals and how do you think they will effect the your casting.
