So I know we did this swap a long time ago but I moved before my flies got here and the USPS gave me the run around on my mail for months, I still haven't seen my florican and beautiful cinnamon Turkey I ordered!! Back on topic though, I believe these were tied by Mike but wanted to post them and give anyone else that wants a spot to show off the work they received. I really enjoyed this swap, thanks for hosting Tim.

I really enjoyed this swap too !!
There were some outstanding tiers in this one that produced some world class flies in my opinion :)
Those look like they could be mine , my eyes and memory are failing more and more each day :chuckle::chuckle:

These are the ones I received , I'm pretty sure they were tied by you Josh .

Tim , I am stoked that you chose one of my flies to swing on your last outing !!
I will tie more for you my brother to try :):)

X10! I love that that thing! you did receive mine Mike, Hopefully they arent too big for you to feel comfortable fishing them, yours will be getting wet as soon as I have a chance to hit the water!
Very cool Josh !!
The smaller version is the size of fly I usually fish on my home waters .
The larger version does not intimidate me one bit . I will pinch the barb , but may have to "tweek" the gap a bit ... close it . My only concern about fishing HE2 irons larger than #1/0 is the gap . I like to keep the gap to a minimum , that's why you will see in my posts the irons are slightly modified (closed gap) . If you were to compare your large Gardener with a 4" Intruder , the Intruder would be larger , so no , it's not too big for my liking , it will swim :smokin:

I'm stoked you will take mine swimming my friend :)
