This VT2 8139-4 is in mint condition throughout and comes with the factory compartmentalized tube. No nicks, gouges clean ferrules (a little was on them)., only minor soiling on the cork. Fantastic winter rod for the PNW, or a 1-rod quiver. Worked great with a skagit compact 570, Vector 8/9 cut for tips, and a Vector XL 7/8. $265 shipped CONUS

I would love to keep it but it's being squeezed out from the top and bottom and my wife is starting to make strange facial expressions when she sees all the tubes in the corner of my office. I need to act before those facial expressions become words.

A bump for the cowboy. This was my first Spey rod and it lasted 8 solid years before finally I finally broke the tip on a minus 20 day on an unnamed northern bc river. If you're looking for durability in a two hander that chucks a skagit 570 with the best of them, this is your stick.
