I have the oppourtunity to buy one of these rods brand new for what I believe
is a really good price.Probably going to buy the rod but I am curious about some opinions on the rod as I don't have any experience with it.Thanks for any advice.

A friend that had a little experience with tis rod described it as reminiscent
of the old Sage 7136 that I had until recently (never leave a good rod alone in the car again) but he felt it is stronger an perhaps a little faster.
Thanks,Randy

funny, I almost listed the 7136 as well - definitely in that category of rod.

Great little rod. Just be aware that Fly Logic is no longer able to warranty this particular rod so calculate that into your assessment of 'great price'.

I was aware of the warranty issue, the gentleman at the fly shop was good enough to make me aware of the fact so not a major issue to me. I am buying it to replace the hole left at the loss of the 7136. I was the 3rd owner for the 7136 so it wouldn't have been warrantied either. It was a fun rod.
I put a deposit on the Fly Logic tonight to hold it till payday next week. The fly shop would have held it regardless but I preferred to put a deposit.
Thanks for all the advice.
