I have absolutely no experience with Fenwick Techna AV rods, but, on a whim, purchased a Techna AV 11' 9-wt rod. If anyone has any experience with this rod, or longish Techna AVs in general, I would appreciate advice on lines for the rod. I will likely use the rod for atlantic salmon (floating) and would like a line appropriate for two-handed casting -- spey, skagit, and Scandinavian. I may use the rod for striper fishing (sinktip, overhead casting). I am not looking for one line to do it all -- I am open to purchasing more than one. Does anyone know the grain weight window on this rod? Thanks in advance for your help.
