Jock Scott - GREASED LINE FISHING FOR SALMON
Hugh Falcus - SALMON FISHING
Philip Green - NEW ANGLES ON SALMON FISHING

Joseph D Bates Jr - Fishing Atlantic Salmon
Especially the first four of these books will give a good variety of theories for salmon fishing and how to make these theories into practice. The last is a very good book for fly patterns, but is indeed a good book for fishing technics too.
I am presently reading Lani Waller's book - "River of Dreams". I am really enjoying it, while it is of course centred on fishing it is much more than that. I don't really want to compare him to Haig Brown, but for a guy who is a renowned fisherman to have the writing skills that Lani has, is special - I can really recommend "River of Dreams" to anyone looking for a good read
