have just purchased a new whisker 18-12,have you folks any handle time on this distance piece,and if so what line used,reel will have to be a big un' what's been used for other rods of this length to balance them,:hehe:

thunderstick ;i like it!!,i'm still wanting yours Dana ,don't let anyone know:hehe: ,actually this one just slapped me in the face out of left field, so,,,, though most Rogue fisherfolks wont see a use for this piece,i've a few big pools where the steel holds on the wrong side ,at least not without a hike ,it'll be interesting,that's for sure!!!!
