Here is my take on a spey variant for the beautiful classic. Hope you like it.

The idea for the "recipe" was:

Hook: any bartleet of your preference.
Tip: two turns of silver oval tinsel
Tag: chartreuse silk
Tail: peacock swords
Butt: Black ostrich
Body: Flat silver tinsel (2/3 rear) black seal fur (1/3 front)
Rib: Oval silver tinsel
Body Hackle: Black or grey spey hackle only on the fur part
Wing: white strip, tented
Cheeks: junglecock
Collar: one turn of yeallow spey hackle and one turn of dyed yellow guinea fowl.
Head: Black

Cheers

That looks even better than I imagined when you said you were doing it! You were right, the yellow guinea really does it!
The mind of an artist!!!! Great work!!
Thank you, friend, i'm really glad you like it. :D I was a bit worried about doing this version and how would it finally come out
