You can’t go wrong with CND GSP 7/8 line ( 65’ head). Other good mid-belly lines are Airflo 7/8 or MidSpey 7/8. WIndcutter 7/8/9 with tips ( 54’ head ) works very well too.
In Skagit category, a line around 620-650 gr ( belly + tip ) should feel good. For example Airflo 8/9 ( 530 gr head) + 10’ of T-10 or Rio 500 gr plus 9 - 10’ of T-14.

Salmo's nailed it pretty good.

I concur with Salmo's advice. I also like both the 7/8 Midspey and 7/8 Grandspey (new) nice on this rod.

If you want a 'short distance' line or like to have more load in your rod the #8/9 GPS is a good choice. #7/8 will shoot much better though.
I use both of them - depending on the place I fish. I cast the #7/8 whole head out of rod tip, and with the #8/9 my holding point is app. on color change.
