I actually wrote the CND website and will see what we can do with old browsers. However no promises as it is truly is solving for <1% or the browsers I am seeing hit the site. Will see what I can do though.
CND is under new management in North America, Lee and Nancy Davison are now the distributors. If you have a question re their warranty policy they will be more than happy to discuss it - just e-mail them. They are very responsive and quite interested in customer opinions and thoughts.
Hi George! We repaired your Steelhead Specialist in late October, honoring the old CND NA warranty. With each repair and new rod sold we, CND SPEY USA, are including the new warranty which then goes into effect, replacing the old one.
However, when we repaired your rod back in October, I don't believe we had our 'rear in gear' yet regarding the new warranty policy. Our policy is that listed on the new CND site. I have your address and will mail to you today a 'brand spankin' new shiny never- been-used authentic warranty card form. I'll even fill out and retain the bottom portion, as I have all of your information from repairing your CND Steelhead, and I'll just send you the top portion for your records. Fair Enough?
Thanks to all of you for the accolades regarding the new CND website. Our friend Sean deserves them all as he did a great job - coming up with the perfect design and format, and somehow managing to read a 'blond over 50's' mind on how I wanted it to look. I love what he's done with Spey Pages too - don't y'all?
