It would be interesting to try one of the Carron rods (well, in fact it seems that there a lot of interesting rods over there across the "big pond", but Scotland is nearer than the North America.

Anyone have a description of what they are like in action, pricing and where they are sold?

Thanks in advance

Hello Harry,
Thanks for the information. I didn't know that B&W produced for others (with the exception of a small company that I know buys blanks from them).

Regards

hello steven, You ask about trying a carron rod, they are made by Bruce and Walker, give them a call and ask for details.
Harry @ Clan
I think it would be better to try Carron direct if wanting to test a rod, Bruce and Walker produce the blanks to Carrons specification, but do not market them.
