That 7115-4 is a great rod! but it gets little attention. The rod loads and casts easily. I use mine for small stream winter steelhead and coho with a 540 Skagit compact.

I cast the 5115-4 on the Deschutes this summer. A friend from Seattle had it. It was absolutely amazing. I couldn't put it down. My go to rod on the "D" is a 7125-3 Burkie. If distance matters I threw the 5115 with either hand a suprising amount farther than my 7125. Great weapon for a lot of the Deschutes. We just married my daughter so I won't be spending money right now but I will get one. Was cast with 350gr Rio Scandi floating 14' polyleader and 6-7' of tippet. Surely good rood for some trout fishing.
