SOLD

Circa 1970 British made Hardy Marquis Salmon II + spool + clamshell cases

Used but not abused. In very good condition except for one small blemish and a bit of river rash on the back(as can be seen in the picture). The spare spool has one small mark and it's case has slight wear of the gold lettering.

30 # micron backing on one spool included as well as two new spare springs.

Set up for right hand wind but easily converted to left.

Prefer to sell as a package but would consider separating the spool if necessary.

SOLD

Thanks for looking.

Seen this comment before and at one point the USD and the 'Loonie' were at parity.

If the Canadian dollar wasn't so crap right now I'd be all over this!
Just did a search and WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED????? Effectively eighty cents to the dollar. :saeek:

Can you tell me what this weighs??? Looking for my 7wt. Spey.
I'm thinking this would be perfect for like a 7130 to a 7136. Was thinking about it for a 7134 I picked up and would have been perfect, but ended up with a different reel. Nice package here...

Empty it weighs 9.1oz on my postal scale. I believe the new Korean Marquis Salmon 2 is listed @ 9.62oz. A Salmon 1 is listed @ 7.75oz.

Just a note I see the reel has the alloy foot which should fit all modern reel seats, the Salmon #2 with the brass ribbed foot does not fit a lot of reel seats
