Fly is looking good. I like the length and set of the wing. This one will fish really well, and I'd say tie up a few more. On the next one, try stirpping half of the hackle feather and see which you prefer. Don't sweat the head size, as long as you try to make it your focus to reduce thread wraps when tying on a throat and wing, the size will come down in time. I haven't seen a single new tier (myself included) who started off tying with small head sizes.

It's also important to consider that the size of the head should be directly related to the ammount of material tied in at the front of the fly. Something with large married wing, two sides, horns, roof and topping will typically have a larger head than something with just a BM wing. Just some food for thought.
