Not Fatman, but this is hands down my favorite 2-hander. I use a Rio 390 scandi with 10' polyleader and a Rio 425 Skagit with 10' of T-11. Absolute rocket! You got a great deal my friend. Enjoy!

FWIW, I go a little lighter on that rod (375 Elixer and 400 Rio Flight) and am equally enthusiastic. That rod is a great one.

I actually fall in the "heavier" camp - 420 Scandi and 450 Skagit.

Lately, it's been a 425 Elixir full line. I really like the way a full line "fishes" as
opposed to a head with running line. Maybe doesn't cast as far, but line handling/mending
is much better.
