These flies really cry out for being tied on 6xl-8xl streamer hooks, not salmon irons. Salmon irons aren't long enough in the shank to do a streamer justice, and make them look truncated instead of long, slim, and slick.

Thanks guys, I will try these on streamer hooks too but I like the upturned eye. These are version one and I will see how they swim and if I can hook a few. I had some design ideas for some places I fish and certainly I don`t consider these flies done more like prototype 1

I have high hopes for them.
