Food for thought, maybe shorten the wing and tail just a smidge for that hook.
Also, for your fishing flies, dress a bit more "junk in the trunk" and fancy up the tails some. Point of interest and all that. I love a good robust tail on a fishing fly. a bit of woodduck or teal Veiling and any color goose in a tail make it pop. Just a thought to really finish off these tasty little gems.
Very, very nice. A variation of it that used red in the wing substituting for the white (or it might be light grey) in the wing while keeping the rest of the fly the same would look fantastic.
