Can anyone tell me how many grains an 8/9 XLT head weighs?

Can't say as to the weight of the 8/9 XLT but in about three weeks I'll let you weigh mine, heck even let you play with it if you wash your hands. :whoa: :razz: :hehe:

I don't want to play with it, I don't want to weigh it and I don't want to wait 3 weeks. If that info is on S A's website I sure can't find it. I thought "Spey Bubba" was going to get those boys in the game on spey line info. Maybe he did and I just can't find it.

I'd better not try that line. I can't cast anything that has over a 50' head. Hell, I can't cast anything that is under 50' either. :hehe: I'll be the gillie. I've already got your day ticket for the beat on "Poppy's Riffle".:smokin:

The 8/9 weights in at about 990 grains.
