I have a couple of Tioga 12's, and although one can cram a 9/10 XLT into one, an 8/9 fits very comfortably. I would suggest you use gel-spun poly backing.
I have the Teton 12 LA Spey (same specs as the Tioga) and can fit both the 7/8 XLT and 7/8 Grandspey with about 200 yds backing. If you go with the small arbor you should be able to fit the lines you wish to use with enough backing. The large and small arbor spools both fit the same Teton or Tioga 12 reel frame.
IMHO I would say that there would be plenty of room on the Old Redington As 13/14 for either of those ones and Plenty of backing. I have the 10/11 Grandspey and 200 yards of 30 lb on one of Old Redington As 13/14
The Toigo magnum with a couple of hundred yard of Gelspun backing should not be any problem for the 8/9.
I have mine on Old Redington A/S 11/12 with plenty of rood.
Teton Spey Special would hold a 8/9 XLT or 9/10 XLT good amount of backing .easily
