I just bought one and I am using a 350 Skagit head with 12-15 feet of T8 and all I can say is what a dream. Just used it today for the first time on Puyallup River to test. I also put 10' of T14 and still handled it well to push out some pretty bushy flies. Can not wait to hook something to see what reserved power it has. For me the handle is to large in diameter. I like to feel the blank work and I do not have the tendency to wrap my whole hand around the grip.
I have the original 6126 and for a traditional line the CND 5/6 is great. I think the 6/7 might be too heavy though I have heard a few like this line also.
For Skagit I like both the 400 and the 450 on the rod depending on tips and fly size I am throwing. I don't actually have the 400 skagit but the 10/11/12 WC body which is very similar and I think weighs in at around 390 grains
