Happy Sunday y'all!!!

These are 4 inches long ..dumbells hidden in collar at front..
Body hackles are counter ribbed with wire for durability..
Assorted layered bird products and a bit of flash in the body..they look awfully nice swimming and are light as a feather :)

Recipe
Shank is 35-40 mm
Dumbells towards front
Wire:afw 22 lb
Rear:few turns of palmer chenille
Rear hackle and accents:rn pheasant rump and anherst fibres
Body flash:estatz
Body hackle:black rhea
Thru body with a few turns in front of dumbells, counter wrapped with wire
Front collars:rn pheasant rump, bep and guineau with amherst accents over top
Eyes:jc

David that's alot like that bug u fished from our Jan trip last year isn't it? That fly really came alive in the river ! Great tie as always!

Cant wait to fish with u this jan..mos def sooner too
This style fly caught a few nice ones late afternoon in high water on the salmon...sinking poly on a scandi and a meis..yes sir..fish was dark but smoked me haha..should heard naps hardy right before this fish..

Yeah man that was one hell of an afternoon in that run! Fished our heads off 2 days I knew it was coming!!
