I'd go with a sinktip so I could quickly switch out the tip to a floater and throw topwater. A whole line is a pain to change (assuming you are taking one reel/spool).

Try whole30 for a month (basically paleo). You'll definitely lose 10-15, but most lose 15-25. It's not too bad, either. Lots of meat, veggies, eggs and avocados. And a lot of water.

All signs point to a seam leak. They are hard to detect (really hard with Patis). Probably something they have to evaluate. I'd call their CS before showing up at a store.
