I have 2 of the lighter MKX rods, the S2H13045-4 and the S2H12634-4. You would think these 2 rods would be close action wise but they are 2 very different rods.

I have a 10wt Mike Maxwell Tiger Eye rod and Sage Brownies, 10150-4, 9140-4, 8150-4 and 7136-4. Rarely fish these rods anymore but the 9140-4 might see some service this winter on the coast.

4/5 is a nice rod. I have one and use a 300 Scandi or 330 Rage. It can handle a 360 Skagit with a 10' T8 or even T11 tip with reasonably sized flies.
