There's something about spey hackle when it's dry (this looks like white eared pheasant)...gravity takes over and magically it transforms into cat's whiskers. Love the light blue dun appearance, with punctuations and contrasts of the wing, body and gp crest. Very unforced, free flowing and natural

Dave (24-7), yes it is a lightly dyed White Eared Pheasant.
