A great example of a hybrid Spey and effective hook/dressing marriage. You made some excellent choices when it came to hackle density, profile, and material selection. A mighty fine fly. The only suggestion I might offer is to avoid crowding the eye as much.
Like Riverborne, I like them a bit sparser. I'd also move the head back from the eye just a wee bit, it looks like it is barely crowding the eye and moving it back a wee bit would improve its looks.
Recipe added. Thanks for the feedback and I hear you on the crowding the eye...I struggle with this!!! I always feel that if there is room, I am wasting space...issues.
