Beautiful fly Rocky...Hmmm, I may very well be mistaken on this one but I think I might have seen that same dye lot/ hackle wing in a giant skein of dyed feathers hanging on the drying racks in John Mclain's basement last month when I hung out with him for a day of feather dying at FeathersMC world headquarters...Got to dye a variety of eared-pheasants (blue,brown, whites) into a number of different colors I wanted for spey hackles. John is a great guy and an incredible resource of knowledge about tying and materials and materials prep. His color blends are second to none...:Eyecrazy::Eyecrazy:
