Looks very interesting and sturdy, yet ellegant. What i like about it is that it actually has a nice clearance above the jaws and behind the hook, which most vises lacks and is what got me inlove with the LAW vise at the begining. if i needed a new vise i would seriously consider this one, Rob.

Cheers

Hi Rob, I sent an email to the company and received a reply from the owner/ engineer/builder within two hours with photos of how I would like it set up ( I'm left handed). This is a small operation but very impressive. Thank you for your input, I agree, it looks as though it will function nicely. Rob

Hmm ...

I looked at it and thought a bit ...
And I said with a sudden cry ...
I have a Nor-Vise by damn
No need to get into an envy jam.

(Apologies to Robert Service and anyone who is a poet)

The Jvice is beautiful ... but my norvise has a drop down angled J-like jaws, tube fly attachment, straight rotation vise jaws and gallows ... etc ... More industrial looking for sure but gets the job done and can "anchor stop" in any of 4 set quadrants with a flick of a finger. The Nor-Vise is cheaper AND no $100 shipping cost ... You simply can't rotate any smoother than a Nor-vise.
