Thanks Mike. I agree on the teal. I did not have any long enough, but decided to finish the fly anyway. Also, the head should be tied with 3 wraps of wool instead of the whole head, but I will fish it the same.

Nicely done. Getting the jungle cock main wing to sit right is a challenge for most.
There are three things I'd change:
1) I'd shorten the jungle cock wing so it ends at 1/2 up the tail. This will better ballance the fly.
2) I'd make the teal a lot longer. I prefer this fly to have the teal go right out to the end of the jungle cock and envelope about 1/4th of the top edge of the jungle cock in the manner of a bronze mallard roof on a married wing.
3) Make the yellow dubbing head shorter, more like the size of a dubbed butt from a married wing classic.
Don't get me wrong. This is a well-tied fly that would be superb with the small adjustments suggested.
Now that's a CRACKING tie, Like this pattern very much.
