Just a few suggestions to help you refine what is already a fine looking dressing.
If you were to box frame this fly it would be more square like than rectangular. Your hook is saying one shape but your feathers are saying another.
Consider mounting a GP tail that is half as high
Consider tapering the floss body as it approaches the head so you have less of a ramp to set your wing on. This will allow your wing to sweep more towards the rear and meet the tip of the tail.
It is not coincidental that flies that have a lovely flow to the fisherman's eye will likewise do well in the water
