Man, I love the color combo and the way everythng flows. Nice taper to the body and the tail and wing compliment eachother. Nicely done sir!
I would go to the Santiam just to swing her.
To make it better: 1) don't allow the topping to be longer than the tail. It is OK for the tail to be longer than the topping, but not the other way around. When the topping is longer than the tail, it unballances the fly. 2) Have the GP tippet underwing sit lower to the body. Do this by either a) stripping fibers from the feather and tying them in as a bunch, or b) by bending the tippet stem into a "Z" shape so that it lies nearly on top of the body, and also stripping about 1/4th of the fibers from the bottom of the tippet next to the tie-in spot.
