Tinkering around with big hooks!

I have found, recently, that it is a good move on the flyfisherman's part to invest in a shed, garage or any other structure that is not connected to the main living quarters. Primarily as a respite, but also to quell any beatings, both verbal and physical that come from the feminine co-inhabitor. This, after finding dye, waxes and animal bi-products littered all over the kitchen, as well as the ceiling. A word to the wise.........don't use the good pots. -Myself

Sweetness man, sweetness ;>)

Around the steal no tortured worm shall tweine
No blood of living insect stain my line:
Let me, less cruel, cast the feathered hook,
With pliant line across the pebbled brook.

Jaime,

Superb!

hitcher,

You can. All it takes is paying attention to the little details, taking your time to tie everything in very precisely, and practice, practice, practice.

Thanks a ton, everyone.

Hitcher-Flytyer is right. There's no mystique behind them. If you tie spey flies and hair wings, then you can tie atlantics!

Moe- The cheeks are blue chatterer (Cotinga Cayana)

Rock- Yeah, the package came! Sick, sick, sick feathers!
