One Good thing from the Pandemic

Have not tied since April 2018 ish due to life getting in the way, dug out the gear and spent some time at the vice, there is some rust (not on the irons) but overall pretty pleased with how soon it all comes back.

There is a set of 24 completely mixed hairwings and a few buck bugs

Now the kicker, I do not really need these, I would be happy to send these to someone in Canada who could put them to use, preferably someone that has to go and buy flies to fish.

Note in Canada only as there is some with PB, please send me an IM with your addy so you may have them for the start of the season.

What a great gesture....Very generous of you. Hopefully the fish gods pay you back in good karma.

Random act of kindness EH! Always felt you were a stand up guy and appreciated your contributions to the forum. We have supported each other on this forum as long as I've been fortunate to be here and before. It didn't matter whether it was a family in the Orofino area that needed assistance or a conservation group, the gang stood tall. Doesn't look like there is any rust in this group of tasties. Your selfless gesture is greatly appreciated where ever or who ever is fortunate to receive these hand crafted dandies.

This is a fine generous gesture that certainly will be well received by our fellow anglers in Canada. I hope the recipient will send you a picture of the salmon he/she releases after using your flies.

You made me proud!

Doug

That was not a bad cast. I was just casting to the nearby fish.

Very nice, Wayne! Those flies look great.

I've never wanted to be more Canadian than right now!
