PT Jock Scott 3/0

Hey all! This is my first attempt at a PT Jock Scott, with a couple changes either to fit my eye (tail veiling) or because I was short material (underwing). I've been intimidated by this pattern for a while and must say I'm rather pleased with how it turned out!

Very nicely dressed. This pattern is based on the proven black and yellow contrasting colour scheme which is effective in a variety of light and water conditions. I caught several nice salmon on the Restigouche last season with this vintage pattern.

Nothing wrong with this fly. You did a fine job.

That was not a bad cast. I was just casting to the nearby fish.
