Just loving cutting my own rabbit from premium hides!! Skin is sooooo thin

Yes, and the taper to the rabbit! I use to not like the discs till I discovered a simple formula with discs:
•on long lines, they suck
•on Scandi lines, smaller ones cast fine
•on skagit lines, you won’t even know its there!

Never tried with a disc but rabbit can be a &!^@# to pick up with a long line. Once they're wet they really stick to the water. Just like when the bear asked the rabbit if $#it stuck to it's fur!!!

Yup, for sure. I look at my rabbit flies as skagit flies. No problem then, especially on tubes
