That is exquisite !!
Really nice tying ... super fishy

Here are my "go to" muddlers:

Heads are clipped so they can be hitched. Or I can tie direct to run just under the surface.

Good thread !!

I tie mine just to skate. Of course that doesn't mean thy aren't sometimes bubbling along an inch or so under the surface.

Yes!!! I am so ready to start fishing up top again.

Not the prettiest group but that's the great thing about muddlers, they don't have to be perfect!

A little before and after.

Great flies everyone!! Keep’em coming! Getting inspired by the creations I’m seeing so far.best thing about a muddler is I think the more beat up they get the more fish like them!

Yes, Muddlers have a way getting onto my tippet ... especially for salar on the east coast

I posted these before, but thought I'd let you see them again for inspiration

Hairy Mary inspired:

GB Skunk inspired:

Not sure if you would classify them as a Muddler ... I guess more like a skating bug ??

These are more Muddler'ish I guess:

Again, the white one is a east coast favorite and the purple one finds river time here at home.
