I did not see the original list and tied a Swingshift like Bwana Bill. I'll go back through Marty's patterns and try to find another, but found that I didn't have the materials for many of them. I'll keep y'all posted.

No it'll be fine, Big Tuna. I haven't tied up mine yet!!

I'll pick another pattern and update the list- no worries!

The Gaddy I posted is an older photo, and that fly is stuck in a rock or log somewhere in the bottom of a river!! I'll probably just tie another one up- what a great Marty tie it is!

So, with that, if anyone who is on the list, and is still in for this...

PICK A PATTERN!!!!!!!

Thanks,

-Bill

I'm done but am leaving for a trip. I'll get mine in the mail after Memorial
Day. If that doesn't work, I apologize. I've got a college graduation and a wedding in the next month, so life is hectic.

so i completely forgot that i signed up for this, my bad guys... i was looking through the old flies marty has posted and im curious if I am good tying anything that he has put up in the past or it has to be an original "grandpa howard" flee... I will knock it out over the next couple days and get it out asap.

Mr. Dingle- got your flies the other day- thank you, Tim!

Domantas- if you want to join up you're in. The deadline was loose from the start, but if you get something out in the next week that will be fine.

No worries Josh- I'm sure whatever you contribute will be fine! Leaning towards one of his originals, but as the man himself says "your hook, your rules".

To every one involved, again a big thanks, and looking forward to seeing all this come together shortly.

Let's try to wrap this up in the next week or so, my friends. Obviously I've been slackin' a bit on the updates, so I do understand.

And Wayne, I gotta hear the story behind the Mercury thing!

Cheers fellas,

-Bill

Sorry Bill

Performances like that is by paid admission only, As I am heading back east next year I am sure we can pull off a repeat performance my friend.

Really glad J and Matt appreciated my constant sense of humor.. What you see boys is what you get,

My wife says I have a broken filter from my brain to my mouth LOL

Now J stop telling stories out of school, and get that fly tied

thats hilarious! my wife says I have no filter! hahah

i have a couple ideas about what im going to do with the fly tomorrow, when bill used martys famous "your hook, your rules" quote it really got the wheels turning, i dont really enjoy tying lately unless i am pushing myself so I have some ideas of a way to bastardize one of his patterns to my enjoyment.
