There are at least three spools available for these reels that I know of; bright-face, dark-face, and the re-issues. Are you after the dark or bright-face?

Salmon #2 spool

Am not interested in an modern Asian made spool with the flat blade screw in the knob. Am seeking a bright face, polished rim #2 with the stamped knob. A dark face spool will do! The #3 spool I have to trade is the dark face stamped knob, polished rim! Came with a brass foot reel. I have 3, #3 spools total & would like to trade 1 for a #2 spool because I have only the 1 spool that came with the reel.

I have one extra bright-face spool. One good ding along the rim but perfectly functional otherwise. No rubbing anywhere along the cage of the reel. It's in WA right now, and I can't get to it until after the 4th of July. If you don't find one by then, it is yours if you'd like.

Spool swap

Sounds good to me. After you get the spool, contact me so we can work out the details on shipping.
