WTT Older Skagits for single hand lines

Awhile ago, I got a box of about 12 older skagit heads, in a variety of sizes. I have since moved more towards scandi casting. I am in need to some new single hand lines. If you have any 3wt, 4wt or 5wt single hand lines kicking around you would like to trade for a skagit head, please let me know. I spent some time with the scale and I now have the weights. I checked with my friend and he thinks they are old Rio beer can skagits, that have had the running line cut off. Braided loops have been put on the ends. I had to do a grams to grains conversion, so the math and the accuracy of the scale could be off slightly. If you want me to double check let me know. I figure $15 would be about right for an outright sale, however I am open to offers, or other trades.

What brand are your skagits? Listing them would streamline the process and take the guessing out.

Kaster. The 540 is the one I have kept out of the mix. But I may have another one close to it. Have I run into you before?

Frenchie. When I get time I will put them all up. I think they are older rio heads. I will check

Zen,

It's possible we have ran into each other, I'm quite 'green' so I would be the one with the fly in my ear.

I fish mostly the Maitland but have swung a couple times on the geen.

My 'mentor' is clanger who's also a member here, he's the one who actually knows how to cast.

I'm only interested in a 540 but if you see someone flailing a Dredger with an old JW Young on the handle say hello. If you hear the JW scream, take notes it doesn't happen very often...yet

I try and make a point of stopping to talk to the spey guys I see. Not many of us, so it is always nice to have a chat. I am pretty green myself. This is only my second year. If you see a tall guy with a beard, and glasses, say hello.
