Hardy Uniqua 3 1/2"

I am new to the world of Hardy's and I'm gaining an appreciation for these reels. A friend gave me this reel and I am curious as to the year it was manufactured and what the market value of the reel is now. The reel sounds amazing and is very tight. It has been used as you can see, but overall it looks and sounds amazing. I know there are alot of knowledgable members here so I am looking for some opinions.

Thanks ~ CB Muddler

Try the search function. A search for Hardy Uniqua results in several pages on info including past classifieds.

Yah I tried that already and have read those posts. Doesnt answer my question though as to how old the reel is, or give me a ballpark estimate what these would fetch on the market.

The reel was made between 1934 and the early 1940's. based on the curved lettering and lead finish, I would date the reel to the late 1930's. as far as value goes , you are probably looking at $200-$250
