OK, the Meisers are gone..would like to sell the acr/burkie...I bought this rod off a member on here for $550 a year or so ago....another member thought it was his that had been stolen...turns out his was a four piece and a different build...but what the heck huh?

I turned down some offers waiting to resolve that and the rod has sat ever since....at $400 it's a steal (no pun intended) for a great summer run rod...Three piece burkheimer blanks build by Anderson Custom Rod...ACR..

I'm always looking for perfects or dingley perfects as a partial trade on my part...but other then that...not much i'm after..

Thanks!!!

So sorry....Yeah that would help huh? It says its a 5 wt. but is a solid to strong 6...after it was made it was found to be a lot stronger then thought...A 420 scandi or 450 skagit was what I was told worked great on it..

I know what you mean about the earlier rods being heavier than thought. What is the length of the rod?

Yes I have pic's...Here you go...

It is a great rod...it's an ACR...it's not the most high end build but the burkie blank alone make it worth the cost...IMHO...stiffer butt true scandi style summer rod that will also work with a skagit and tips for winter..or so I am told....

I talked to Gary Anderson about this rod and he said, originally he thought it would be a 5wt but it turned out to be a serious 6...the line he recommended was a 420 scandi compact...
