WTB 5/6 or 6/7 Switch

If anyone have a switch rod in the 5/6 or 6/7 range that they want to get rid of at a reasonable price let me know. I would also consider complete packages as well.

Thanks Mathews42
I saw that but $475 is more then I want to invest in my first switch rod. I like to buy a lower end one to see how much use I get out of it before I upgrade to something better. Then I can pass on the test rod to one of my students or fishing buddies.

Fair enough. My philosophy is buy the right gear the first time, it will save you money in the long run. The great thing about high end rods is you get the performance / fun factor and you get a good resale also. Most you would loose if you dicided you didn't like it would be 25-50 dollars on that rod. Good luck with your seach though.

Not sure if it's in your budget. But I have a Redington CPX 11'3" 7wt that I am selling with an 8wt Ambush line for $300 + shipping

Thanks but I am looking for something lighter. I already have a 7wt Spey rod. Ideally I would like a 5/6 but I know some of the switch rods I have read about that are classified 6/7 are more like a 6.
