Burkie 8128-4 Vintage in green (Brand New)

Rod is Sold Pending Funds
I am trying to help a buddy out and sell his brand new Burkie 8128-4 Vintage in Green. He has only put it together one time and the rod has never been casted before. He is asking $850 please pm me if you would like photos or any other info. He is selling due to his wife found his secret stash and said he needs to get rid of a few.
Jake

I'd go for it if I didn't already have a black vintage 8128 built for me a month ago!

Could you post a bit more information about the rod. Has it been personalized with your friend's name? What kind of wood did Kerry use for the reelseat? Are there any other features that aren't stock "Vintage" cosmetics?

I will get photos to all the PMs when I get off work, thanks for looking.

This was a new one to me ...

" ...brand new Burkie 8128-4 Vintage in Green."

Off to Carriey's (sp?) web site .... FINALLY UP AND RUNNING!! ... for a bit of research. Turns out Burkie's come in three different levels of 'Bling.'

This sounds like a very, very cool 'bit 'o kit' as the 'new price' is a touch over a "Grand."

Where is the rod located?

Will your friend accept an offer?

Good luck, Don't need this rod but would love to "Steal" IT!
