Amazing Scierra Henrik Mortensen Scando package

Scando “package”..all of these are in excellent near new condition, having only been cast at the river a few times.

Rod: Like new HMS v2 11’9 7/8 19-21 gram four piece with case…great action… balanced, very light in hand for summer steelhead, brown trout, grilse, smallmouth, etc…

Reel: Scierra CTC 7-9 “trout” matches rod perfectly. Almost new condition.

Lines: a bunch and matched well to the rod.

A. Scierra MWF shooting head system with a variety of floating, intermediate, and sinking heads with polyleaders and even some maxima tippet material…designed for use with the rod.
B. (On the CTC reel) Vision ACE SH float/sink 2 DH 29 gram…really good match for this rod
C. Vision ACE SH floating 29 gram trimmed to 450 gr, 30 feet…really sweet with the rod.
D. Orange running line…on ctc reel(guideline LRL?I forget to be honest)

I want to keep these together as a package deal as all of this stuff just sings together so well . I might be willing to split them up down the road…Anyway…I spent a lot more on these than you will have to pay. Looking for $500 plus insured shipping. I accept paypal. Please email me with questions…I will have pix available soon. Thanks.

no takers at this price? I might consider breaking up the package into parts but not until after Independence Day weekend...

If you break it up, I will take the MWF shooting head system if it is the 7/8 system.

BTW...
the grain window for the scierra MWF heads match up to the rod's 19-21 rating..I found them to feel lighter than I prefer for loading the rod properly...

the vision heads, while heavier, matched up VERY well after trying several different weights of lines at the river...we were scratching our heads as well but it worked for others who tried it too...

thanks for looking

Before I consider selling off each of these parts I will offer a trade offer...as unlikely as it might be I would consider trading the whole package for bass guitar gear...always looking at basses and amps...fender, musicman basses, looking at tube amps too... send me an email...

[email protected]

I will start a first come first served list if/when I sell off the parts...not sure about that yet...thanks again

ctc reel is currently set up for left hand retrieve but there are directions in the box on how it can be changed...from the pix you can see the condition of the reel is outstanding..

thanks
