FS: Winston BIII TH 7129 & Airflo Scout

Hello! Up for sale is a practically new Winston BIII TH 7129 spey rod. Just got this rod on Friday and had a casting session with it over the weekend. Only reason I'm selling is that it just doesn't fit my casting style. Rod comes with tube, sock, protective plastic for the handle, Winston sticker, and warranty card (has not been registered). Price includes shipping to the CONUS, and PayPal fees. Price: SOLD

If more pics are wanted just let me know.

EDIT: Was asked if I got this used or not. I am the original owner, bought from a shop and has only been cast for about 20-30 minutes.

EDIT 2: Keeping the Airflo Scout and is no longer for sale.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Whoa. That is a quick turn around on an expensive rod... what didn't you like about it? I know lots of guys who love the rod lined a little heavier (540 skagit, 510 rage) than the winston recommendations. Use it more like an 8 weight than a 7...

I prefer the action/feel of other rods. It had been a while since trying this rod at a spey clave a while back and have since come to like rods more in line with the Asquith and IMX Pro. Just like many things change, so too have my preferences when it comes to rods. I use to prefer the actions of other rod makers too, but then my preferences changed as new rods/lengths/tapers/etc. came out. I was just late to the show when getting this rod so to speak. Don't get me wrong though it's a beautiful rod and I love some of their other rods (3wt microspey), this one just ain't for me.

This is my favorite skagit rod ever, 525 skagit max regular, or 510 fist. A real stallion of a rod.
