WTB: Trout Spey Rod (1/2 2/3 or 3/4 wt) budget friendly

Looking for an inexpensive trout spey (shipped to canada). Figured I'd see whats out there before I order a built one from Anglers Roost.
2/3wt is probably right on the money, but 1/2 or 3/4 could work too.
A well used Redington Hydrogen is probably at the top end of my budget.

When they go fishing, it is not really fish they are after. It is a philosophic meditation. ~E.T. Brown
