Inexpensive Small Jet Sled For Sale

-----BOAT IS SOLD-----Due to other priorities, I am selling my favorite toy. It is a 12 ft. 2006 all welded jon boat type sled. It is heavy duty with a .90 bottom. Made by Explorer Industries in Edmunton Alberta Canada (google explorer industries, click on home, then click on photo gallery and you will see two photos of the 14 ft version going up some rapids) Mine has had the stern professionally modified with bracing to handle a larger motor than was standard. The trailer is a 2006 Easy Loader with oil bath bearings (no more greasing) with spare tire. The motor is a mid-80's electric start Mercury 50 horse with 35 horse to the pump. I just spent $2,000 having it and the pump re-built by Marc's Mercury in Salem, Oregon (have the receipt). The motor has no more than an hour on it and still needs another two to three hours of break-in time. It has a reverse gate control mounted on the stern, new gas/water filter, new gas line to a 12 gallon fuel tank up front, new Derck's anchor release on the bow, new anchor and line. Great boat for coastal rivers, Cowlitz, Skagit, etc. Good boat for one or two anglers with one fold down seat up front. Located near McMinnville, Oregon (NW Oregon).

Price is $2,500 It is licensed in Oregon through 2009 and I have title in hand. PM if interested in more details.

Red face God I wish I had the money right now!

For a river like the upper Rogue (Medford area) this would be the 'cat's meow.'

They will make you a custom boat

They will make a jon boat style sled but only during their slow season and by custom order.

Yes

It does move along although I have only an hour on the motor so still babying it. However, the sled is not a liteweight at all (fully welded heavy duty) so handles the 35 to the jet pump just fine.
