Cabela's SR2 spool, early model

I picked up a new spool for the Cabela's SR2 reel from the Cabela's bargain bin. I didn't know there were early and late styles so I didn't look closely at it. This early style spool will NOT fit the late model SR2 reel. This spool does NOT have the groove and o-ring on the center hub like my late model SR spool. If you have an early model SR2 reel, then this is your spool. New retail cost was around $90, and you can have mine for $30 + shipping. There are 3 little X marks on the inside of the spool by the handle screw meaning it was a closeout item. You have to look for them, and does not affect function in any way. Anodized gray finish. Wooden handle. Ball bearing.

I will consider trade for new Spey 8/9 line: Skagit, Midspey or Triangle Taper.

Phil
