Hi, It is a single line. I think that is the only way the grand spey comes. Thanks, Kirk

Rodney , the specs you provide are for the PowerSpey .

The info I have about the Grand Spey shows a big difference between both versions of those discontinued lines , and the current PowerSpey .

First generation Grand Spey = 10/11 1500 grains .
Second generation = 10/11 1100 grains .

I've got the mark 1, I use it now & again when enthusiasm & testosterone over-ride rationality. It does turn poly tips over very well however, but you need a beast of a rod to throw it. I use my 16ft B&W Powerlite Spey # 11 wt [that's rated for an 11 wt DT line] which I normally use for heavy full sunk line work & that does make it fly, but I have to put some effort into it - particularly on the lift off if I only have say 3 ft of the 100ft head inside the tip ring, but it does shoot plenty of running line. Now my pals 18 ft Hardy Favourite really likes this line.

Regards, Tyke.
