Edward Vom Hofe 423 restigouche 3/0 fly reel.

I have a beautiful EVH Restigouche 3/0 size fly reel. RHW. It is in very good condition for its age and work perfectly. ready to fish or your collection. This reel is a perfect size for most 12'6" to 14' rods. The drag works awesome. Made in New York. Patent 1902. The mother of all S handle right here. Everything else out there is basically a copy of this reel.

$1800USD + shipping

Thanks

Thanks Guys.

This is the reel i told myself i would never sell. I'm torn so bad. But I'm left hand retrieve and I just bought a couple Hardy 1912 reproduction 4" and 3 3/4". which I thought I would never find. And they were not cheap either. So now I pretty much know I won't be using this reel much if any. And I'm not the kind to leave reels on a shelf.

More info about the EVH. There's no cracks on the side cover. They are a tiny bit discolored. Barely. They are all discolored and most are worst than mine. there's a line rash in two small spot on the frame. barely visible. Other then that the reel is awesome.

The foot is original and is 2 5/8" long. Which mean you can use this reel on most modern rods. the reel is 3 5/8" diameter and 2 1/16 wide. Plenty of room for most lines. I don't think this reel would be a good match for a 16ft 10/11WT rod. but anything under 14ft would be fine.

Send me $1850 and we have a deal. You know, time is money. And I'll have to get rid of this Zebco somehow.

I'd keep it also, if I were you. If you don't have to feed it, or pay taxes or payments on it, it's a no brainier. Was a great deal, but out of my league.
