Lines for Winston Micro spey 3 weight?

Need line advice for a Winston Micro Spey 3 weight. 10 foot 6 inch rod. Thanks

People love the RIO Scandi Body on it. I have the Winston 11' 4 weight and have a 325 grain Scandi Body, but I actually haven't used it yet. It sounds heavy, but that was the weight recommended. I have used the OPST Commando Head 250 grain on the 4 weight and it is pretty money on it. OPST has specific line reco's for the Winston MS's so just check that out (I think a 200 grain for the 3 weight).

The Winston website has a link with line recommendations for that rod but as I recall it may not include the Commando head.
